3. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or agreed advance payment.
Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation.
Any verbal communication is non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
4. Pricing & Quotations
All quotations are valid for a limited period as mentioned.
Prices may vary due to fuel surcharge, taxes, or supplier revisions.
RASTA Travel Agency reserves the right to revise prices before confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without notice.
All bank charges, gateway fees, or international transfer fees are borne by the client.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, and vendor policies.
Cancellation must be made in writing.
Service fees once charged are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for partially used or unused services.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–21 working days.
Refunds are subject to receipt from suppliers.
RASTA Travel Agency is not responsible for supplier refund delays.
8. Amendments & Changes
Any changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability
and may incur additional charges.
9. Travel Documents & Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure passports, visas, permits, and documents are valid.
RASTA Travel Agency is not responsible for visa rejection or immigration issues.
Clients are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
10. Health, Safety & Insurance
Clients are advised to obtain travel and medical insurance.
RASTA Travel Agency is not liable for medical emergencies or accidents.
Participation in tours/events is at the client’s own risk.
11. Force Majeure
RASTA Travel Agency shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations
caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions,
war, or any circumstances beyond our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
RASTA Travel Agency’s liability is limited to the service fee charged.
We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by
third-party service providers.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, text, designs, and branding
belong to RASTA Travel Agency and may not be copied without permission.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Client information is handled securely and used only for service delivery.
We do not sell or misuse personal data.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
